What makes working with Justin unique?
Licenses/Certifications
Community Involvement
Education
- Personalization. There is no staff that will "filter" calls. When you call, you reach Justin directly. This also means that Justin will always be involved and up to date on your case.
- Expertise. As a family lawyer, Justin has extensive expertise. He has worked in multiple legal practice areas (securities, immigration, criminal, and business) and he continues to teach at one of Canada's largest colleges.
- Technology. Justin is able to fully function his office in a streamlined and efficient manner by deploying technological tools. He stays up to date with latest technological trends.
- Empathy. At the end of the day, you want a lawyer who cares about you and your best interests. Justin truly cares about his clients and takes many proactive steps to seek their best interests.
- Trust. We place a high degree of trust in our clients because they put their trust in us. As such, unlike law firms that will ask for thousands of dollars to be placed in a "trust" account before they even start working, Justin does not ask for a retainer fee. Our practice is that we earn every amount invoiced before you hand over your hard earned dollars.
